   smartASK can create a wide variety of answer fields including:

3. Can I block potential respondents from taking my survey?
   

   You can block potential respondents from taking a survey by a using a cookie, email invitations, IP address, network, or hostname.
   
   

4. Does smartASK ship with a facility for popup survey invitations?
   

   smartASK comes with a JavaScript library for generating popup invitations to take your survey. Popups can be embedded within any page on your web site.
   
   

5. Do all my surveys have to be a single page?
   

   No. smartASK enables you to create and publish multipage surveys.
   
   

6. Can I customize my survey to match the look and feel of an existing website?
   

   Yes, you can customize your survey in several ways, primarily in color, text style, and layout. A graphic image, such as a logo, may be easily added to a survey. These customizations may be individualized to a single survey or globalized to all surveys created by smartASK.

   We include several ready-made style sheets. Please contact webslingerZ if you are interested in the creation of a customized template.
   
   

7. Does smartASK ship with a variety of templates for the look and feel of published surveys?
   

   Yes, a few ready-made templates (also known as style sheets, or "skins") ship with smartASK. Once a skin is selected for a particular survey, it in turn has customizable traits such as font family, color, or size. You can create your own custom skins, or have webslingerZ do it for you. Both ready-made and custom skins from webslingerZ adhere to our policies on browser compatibility and compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.

   We include several ready-made style sheets. Please contact webslingerZ if you are interested in the creation of a customized template.
   
   

8. Does smartASK support logical branching or skips in a survey?
   

   Yes. You can build surveys that show different questions or pages to respondents depending on how they've responded to previous questions.
   
   

9. Can I write my survey in another language, like Spanish or French?
   

   smartASK permits authoring of surveys in any language supported by the Unicode standard, provided your database management software also supports Unicode (for more info, see Database Support and Requirements). The smartASK authoring tool permits you to author and publish your surveys in multiple languages. You can also define the parameters of reports according to language versions.

   smartASK Professional includes bilingual survey capabilities. smartASK Enterprise Edition provides full internationalization.
   
   

10. I want my survey to be confidential. What sort of security does smartASK provide?
    

    If your web browser and web server both support SSL connections, smartASK works within a standard SSL session.
