1. What browsers are compatible with smartASK published surveys?
   

   webslingerZ makes an effort to make published web pages as compatible as possible with all web browsers, including text-only clients. The templates that we provide for published surveys adhere to this principle. We know of no browsers which are incompatible with smartASK published surveys that use our stylesheets.
   
   

2. What browsers are compatible with the smartASK authoring application?
   

   The smartASK authoring tool requires a browser that fully supports HTML 4, CSS 1, and Javascript 1.2. These should include, but are not necessarily limited to, IE 4+, Netscape 6+, Opera 5+, and mozilla 0.9+. Netscape 4.x on win32 has no known issues but is not recommended.
   
   

3. Are there any known issues with browser compatibility?
   
   • Survey authors using IE5 on MacOS9.1 may notice some minor display irregularities in the smartASK authoring tool.
   • Survey authors using IE5.0 will not be able to use the menu of Report Types in the Survey Results section. To work around this issue, click on the survey name, and use the links in the sidebar to get reports for the survey.
